These website terms govern use of moonera.in. Paid work is also governed by the applicable proposal, order form or service agreement.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you enter into a service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website information
Website content is general information, not legal, financial or guaranteed performance advice. Service descriptions and prices may change. A signed or accepted service order controls the final scope, timing, fees, dependencies and deliverables.
Service responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals, required access and written authorisation for any testing. Moonera may pause work when access, payment, authorisation or client dependencies are missing.
Search rankings, AI citations, lead volume, revenue and complete security cannot be guaranteed because they depend on external systems and factors outside Moonera's control.
Fees and payment
Fees, taxes, billing dates, third-party costs and any onboarding charges are stated in the applicable order. Unless otherwise stated, recurring services renew for the next billing cycle until cancelled. Late or failed payment may result in suspension after reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Moonera and its licensors retain rights in pre-existing methods, tools, templates and brand materials. Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility. Rights in custom deliverables are defined by the order and are normally transferred or licensed only after applicable payment, subject to third-party licences.
Acceptable use and security
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, upload harmful code, scrape contrary to stated controls, or use Moonera services for unlawful activity. Security testing requires explicit written scope and authorisation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Liability allocations, exclusions and any service credits for paid work are governed by the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, suspension and governing terms
We may update these website terms and identify the revision date. We may restrict access to protect users, systems or legal interests. The applicable paid service order identifies the contracting entity, governing terms, dispute process and formal notice details. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
