Moonera / Custom CRM & Business Software

Software that follows the way you work.

Replace disconnected records and manual follow-ups with a system shaped around your operations. Moonera builds CRM and business software that connects people, customers and decisions without forcing every team into the same generic workflow.

Who it helps

Built around the work ahead.

For sales and service teams managing leads, approvals, quotations, tasks or customer records across spreadsheets and separate tools. We map the real process first, including who owns each step and what information should remain restricted.

What we work towards

  • Clear ownership of leads and follow-ups
  • Shared records with controlled access
  • Fewer repeated manual handovers
  • Reports tied to operational decisions
Typical scope

What the engagement can include.

Deliverables, dependencies and review checkpoints are confirmed in your proposal before work begins.

01

Customer records and lead pipelines

Define the fields, stages and relationships your team actually uses. Include assignment, activity history and follow-up actions so the next step is visible to the right person.

02

Roles, tasks and approvals

Map permissions to real responsibilities and enforce them on the backend. Design task queues and approval paths with clear rules for ownership, escalation and status changes.

03

Reports and business integrations

Build focused views for the decisions your team makes. Connect agreed email, messaging, accounting or other tools through supported APIs, with credentials kept on the server.

04

Migration and operating model

Review existing data quality, import mapping and handover needs. Discuss a dedicated client system or a suitable subscription model, with hosting, licensing, ownership and support terms documented.

How it works

A clear path from brief to delivery.

Stage 01

Map

Document the current process, users, data and friction points. Agree which workflows belong in the first release and how access should work.

Stage 02

Model

Design the records, relationships, pipeline stages and permissions. Review realistic examples with the people who will use the software.

Stage 03

Implement

Build the agreed workflows, reports and integrations. Test permissions, data handling and critical transitions alongside user acceptance reviews.

Stage 04

Adopt

Prepare migration, onboarding and operational documentation. Agree the maintenance plan and use feedback to prioritise later improvements.

Service questions

Before we begin.

Do you offer dedicated builds and subscriptions?

Yes. We can discuss a system built specifically for your business or a subscription where a suitable product and scope are available. Commercial and ownership terms are confirmed in the proposal.

Can you migrate our spreadsheets?

Yes, subject to reviewing the data. We agree field mapping, cleaning responsibilities, duplicate handling and a backup plan before importing business records.

Can staff have different access?

Yes. Permissions are designed around roles and data ownership, then enforced by the backend on every protected operation. Hiding a button is not treated as access control.
