Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects Moonera, its clients and connected systems from unlawful, abusive or unauthorised use.
General enquiries may be sent to hello@moonera.in. Privacy and security contacts are listed in the relevant sections. Contract notices follow the accepted service order.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or rights-infringing content or activity.
- Malware, credential theft, unsolicited bulk messaging or harmful automation.
- Unauthorised security testing, access attempts or interference.
- Content that exploits children or unlawfully exposes personal data.
- Use that creates unreasonable technical load or threatens other customers.
Security research and testing
Security work is permitted only within written scope, authorised targets, agreed methods and safety constraints. Publicly accessible infrastructure is not an invitation to test it.
Enforcement
Moonera may investigate, restrict or suspend activity reasonably believed to create material risk or violate this policy. Where appropriate, we will seek clarification and provide an opportunity to correct the issue.
Report abuse
Report suspected abuse to security@moonera.in with relevant URLs, timestamps and evidence. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data.
